The Training Fields
Being a former military base, it makes sense that the island contains some sort of drill course for soldiers to keep their skills sharp. This course has been adapted to sharpen your instincts and skills out in the field, such as rope-traps that fling dummy-sacks which are made to look like Stalkers at you.
